What to expect when you drop off your bike

Friendly Welcome & Expert Consultation: A service advisor will greet you with a smile and make you feel at home.  We understand that every customer is unique, and we take the time to listen attentively to your concerns, goals, and expectations. Your bike's history and any specific issues will be noted to be sure the mechanics know what to address.
   

2. Thorough Assessment & Recommendations: Before sending your bike back to the mechanics, your service advisor will take a moment to inspect the bike for any other noticeable problems that could cause the scope of the work to increase or decrease significantly. 

3. Personalized Service Plan: With the findings and recommendations of your service advisor, you'll work together to make sure that the service plan aligns with your expectations.  You should leave the store knowing the repair cost estimate and approximately when it will be finished.  

4. Timely Updates: We believe in open communication and will promptly notify you if any unexpected issues arise or if additional services are required. Your trust is important to us, and we strive to maintain transparency every step of the way.
