The Action Sports Vert Gym
Our Vert Rock Gym features over 5000 sq ft. of challenging fun! Come check out Bakersfield's best rock wall complete with a full texture surface, changing routes, bouldering and more.
Come join our amazing climbing community! Whether you are a first-time climber or climbing is your life, our Vert Rock Gym has something for you! We also offer group parties for company events and birthdays!
Get ready to climb by filling out a liability waiver. One waiver per climber is needed and if the climber is under 18 years of age make sure a guardian signs! Each waiver is good until the end of the calendar year. You can print the form at home and bring it with you, or pick one up at the front counter!
Planning on visiting our rock gym? If you're making a special trip, we recommend calling in advance to be sure the wall isn't closed for a private event. We always have instructors available to answer questions and get you ready to conquer the wall! Visit our FAQ page for any additional questions.
All participants must sign a waiver before climbing. You will sign this as part of the booking and signup process.

Have your party with us!
Looking for a fun activity for a company event or birthday party? Our Vert Gym hosts people of all ages for hours of fun.
Climb for a while then enjoy refreshments in our cafe area. We have refrigerators to store cake or any other food items you may want to bring. There is no outside food fee.
Parties must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance, and payment in full is required to book your spot. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event to receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee or reschedule.
