Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Options

For merchandise delivery, we offer two options, standard shipping, and store pickup.

Note: Orders usually ship within 2 business days after being placed.  Some heavier items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight; this will be calculated at checkout.  We only ship within the United States.

In-Store Pickup

Most orders will be ready after 4:00pm the same day if received by 2:00pm and the items are in-stock.  If an item is in warehouse, it may take an additional 2 business days before the order is ready for pickup.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

Backorders

We do not accept backorders through our website.  If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will cancel the out-of-stock items from the order and refund you the money, only charging you for the merchandise that was actually shipped.

Returns

If there's a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns with a tracked and insured delivery service like UPS Ground or Priority Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund the return shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.  Bicycles are non-refundable but can be exchanged if in new condition.  

All items must have a return authorization number clearly market on the outside of the package or the item will be refused.  A return authorization number can be obtained by emailing ecommerce@teamactionsports.com.

  • Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund for online-purchases.
  • Method of RefundRefund will applied to the original form of payment.
  • Product Condition: Product must be new or in like-new condition in order to return.
  • Refund Contact Info: Contact us by email at  ecommerce@teamactionsports.com to request a refund.
  • Charges: Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Bikes (exchange only)
  • Sunglasses
  • Goggles
  • Nutrition
  • Undergarments
  • Baselayers
  • Swimsuits
  • Items on sale or closeout
